Qualifications

• Datacenter network design experience with Cisco and IPSEC VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support including system-level design, architecture and security boundaries.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, load balancers and security devices.
• Maintain knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols, L2/L3, firewalls and IPSEC VPNs.
• Operate with Remedy ticketing and Atlassian tool suite; support on-call and live-call environment.
