Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Military Analyst (Subject Matter Expert) in the Orlando area to perform comparative analyses of military capabilities and advise on near- and long-term U.S. security goals.

This contingent role supports medical training, doctrine, and system testing across joint and allied environments. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in defense analysis and holds a Secret clearance, with prior military or DoD program experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in military operations or defense analysis.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience conducting strategic or comparative military analysis.
• Experience supporting training, testing, or evaluation of military systems.
• Prior military service or direct defense-program experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Government and military organizations and culture during system change.
• Identify medical training directives and training development needs and coordinate with IPTs.
• Participate in materiel development events as SME for medical training requirements.
• Advise on planning and conducting on-site tests from concept to deployment.
• Maintain technical data repositories and provide SME input for testing fidelity.
• Provide SME expertise in testing medical simulators and evaluating fidelity.
• Provide diagnostics and inspections to verify equipment condition before disassembly/modification.
• Report ATPs, deliveries, and modifications status to lead engineer and APM.
• Provide material receipt and inventory control documentation for WAWF.
