Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in San Diego, CA seeks Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior Logisticians to join a DoD-focused team. You will support Navy logistics operations, inventory and financial management for ashore and afloat activities, and work with Naval Aviation Detachments.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork, with 15 years experience for senior, 5 for mid-level, or 3 for junior positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in US military logistics operation afloat and ashore (ASD), Logistics Specialist rating.
• 15 years for Senior, 5 years for Mid-level, 3 years for Junior positions.
• Associate degree in logistics or business; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Navy R-Supply, GCPC, OPTAR, and NERP.
• Broad knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with financial management in the Navy.

Responsibilities

• Provide service in Navy logistics operation, financial management and inventory management.
• Provide supply support for Naval Aviation Detachments.
• Manage stock control, track parts, and vendor communications.
• Support change management strategies and demand planning.
• Directly support Supply Officers in day-to-day taskings and operations.
