Job summary

A leading security technology firm is searching for a Junior Full Stack Software Developer to design and build web applications in a React and AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and strong knowledge of Java, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. This position requires U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret security clearance. The developer will be involved in creating secure software solutions supporting U.S. law enforcement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years with AS/AA degree, or 5 years in lieu of degree.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop web-based software using React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile teams in backlog planning and story point estimation.
• Implement secure coding standards.

Skills

Experience with GitLab for CI/CD pipelines

Experience with microservices and containerized deployments

Knowledge of React, Node, Java

Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
