A leading security technology firm is searching for a Junior Full Stack Software Developer to design and build web applications in a React and AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and strong knowledge of Java, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. This position requires U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret security clearance. The developer will be involved in creating secure software solutions supporting U.S. law enforcement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years with AS/AA degree, or 5 years in lieu of degree.

• Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop web-based software using React, AWS, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and develop well-structured, efficient, and testable web-based software using React, AWS, Postgres, and related technologies.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional applications, ensuring reliability through ongoing maintenance, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories for both functional and non-functional needs.
• Support Agile teams in backlog planning, work item refinement, and story point estimation.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for User Stories and demonstrate completed work to customers at the end of each sprint.
• Apply industry-standard design patterns and best practices to software solutions.
• Implement secure coding standards to safeguard applications and data.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to support CI/CD pipelines.
