Job summary

Athenix Solutions Group is seeking Java Software Developers in Annapolis Junction, MD to design, develop, and maintain complex software supporting defense projects. Candidates will work on full-stack Java applications, service-oriented architectures, and scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and experience with enterprise Java, microservices, and database systems like Mongo or MySQL.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Experience with Enterprise Java development.
• Experience developing service-oriented architectures.
• Experience developing microservice solutions.
• Database experience such as Mongo or MySQL.
• Knowledge of parameters and values represented in cellular communications.
• Experience with JMS.
• Experience developing scalable solutions for large and small platforms.

Responsibilities

• Software development of new features and enhancements using Java.
• Provide Tier III support for deployed capabilities and address bugs.
• Test and debug software for network-connected/ integrated applications.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to analyze requirements and document user stories.
• Provide status updates and ticketing for progress on tasks.
• Perform full-stack development to improve existing capabilities.
