Job summary

Athenix Solutions Group in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking multiple Full Stack Developers to support diverse software projects for national defense. You will work in an agile, DevOps environment on back-end Python services and front-end interfaces, contributing to data processing at scale.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, experience in Linux, REST/NoSQL, and Atlassian tools. You will engage in development, testing, deployment, and Tier 3 support across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience developing back-end services in Python.
• Experience building web UIs with Java, JavaScript, or HTML.
• Experience with Linux, CI/CD, and testing in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Overview

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for multiple Full Stack Developers in Annapolis Junction, MD. The developers will support a variety of projects to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems assisting in the defense of our nation. There are mid to senior level openings.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high-performing software development team in an agile, DevOps environment
• Analyze capabilities of existing products to develop enhancements primarily using Python
• Perform development and integration of multiple user interfaces and/or numerous services for software that performs data processing at scale
• Conduct development, testing, validation, deployment, maintenance, and Tier 3 support for operational software
• Design and implement software solutions that can be integrated with core services and across new baselines

Requirements

• Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, fast-paced, CI/CD environment
• Experience developing back-end services in Python
• Experience writing web user interfaces using modern Java, Javascript, and/or HTML
• Experience with Active MQ, Rest, NoSQL and/or elastic databases
• Experience validating capabilities against requirements, writing and executing test cases, and capturing test results
• Experience working with the Atlassian tool suite to track and maintain requirements (i.e., JIRA & Confluence)
• Experience developing in Linux
