Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret/DoE L clearance required
• Minimum DoD 8570 IAT-II (Sec+ CE) certification required
• HDI-CSR Required within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid and accurate answers to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Install and troubleshoot in Windows/Linux environments; support for printers and devices.
• Manage cloud-based apps (O365/SharePoint) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Configure and support Apple iOS and other wireless devices; provision accounts/permissions.
• Open, update, close tickets in Remedy/ServiceNow with detailed notes; contribute to knowledge base.
