Job summary

Leidos seeks a technical expert to design, deploy, and manage Infoblox NIOS Grid architecture and DDI services across global sites. You will implement DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions, enforce DNS security, and automate repetitive tasks using REST APIs and orchestration tools.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Infoblox experience, security clearance, and DoD IAT II certification. This role is based in Fort Meade, MD, with a focus on mission-critical networks.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy TES A standards: degree plus years of relevant technical experience or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Infoblox NIOS administration experience.
• Strong understanding of BIND, DHCP options, DNS record types, and IP subnetting/VLSM.

Responsibilities

• Infoblox Grid design, deployment, and maintenance for a highly available architecture.
• Manage authoritative and recursive DNS, including DNSSEC and high-performance caching.
• Architect DHCP services with failover for diverse endpoints across global sites.
• Maintain global IPAM withSubnet allocation and cloud/virtual integration.
• Implement DNS security features including RPZ and DNS Firewall (DDI security).
• Automate IP allocations and DNS updates via Infoblox WAPI; integrate with Ansible/Terraform.
• Plan and perform non-disruptive NIOS software upgrades and hardware refreshes.
• Utilize reporting/analytics for capacity planning and troubleshooting.
