Zusammenfassung

JCS Solutions is seeking a Senior Infoblox DDI Engineer to lead the enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM efforts for a large DoD network environment. You will deploy and sustain Infoblox Grid infrastructure, design authoritative and recursive DNS, and manage migration activities across distributed environments.

This role requires hands-on leadership, deep DDI expertise, and strong routing knowledge to ensure service reachability and high availability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Current DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Significant hands-on experience engineering, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure supporting DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.

Aufgaben

• Engineer, deploy, configure, and sustain Infoblox Grid infrastructure.
• Design and maintain enterprise DNS architecture and DNSSEC, zone transfers.
• Engineer and maintain DHCP services including scope design, reservations, options, relay, failover, and lease management.
• Design and maintain IPAM architecture and data quality standards.
• Perform Infoblox upgrades, patching, capacity planning, backup and recovery, licensing, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate Infoblox with Active Directory, NAC, identity services, automation tools, and provisioning workflows.
• Implement DNS security capabilities including query filtering, DNS logging, RPZs, and threat protections.
• Engineer and support enterprise routing and switching infrastructure for DDI services.
• Troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP issues affecting DDI services.
• Develop migration runbooks, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and validation documentation.
