Job summary

Base One Technologies is seeking DevOps Engineers to automate, optimize, and enhance deployment and management of Bespin cloud engagement kits. You will build robust CI/CD pipelines, manage source control, and implement infrastructure-as-code for scalable deployments.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DHS suitability, 3+ years in DevOps or related fields, and strong Linux, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes expertise. A collaborative, security-focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DHS Suitability required.
• 3+ years experience in DevOps, automation, or software engineering.
• Proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Git/version control knowledge.
• AWS cloud services and APIs.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Linux/Unix familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated engagement kit deployment.
• Manage source control and code repositories for infrastructure configurations.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources.
• Enhance kit capabilities through automation and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and administrators to streamline deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and performance optimization during active operations.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure consistency and repeatability across engagement kit deployments.
• Participate in security hardening and compliance automation efforts.
