Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to drive automation and IaC across multi-cloud environments. You will implement containers, kubernetes deployments, and secure software delivery pipelines for rapid, stable releases.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years in DevOps with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS services, and will help optimize costs and enable scalable production systems within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts and containerization.
• Experience building and deploying in AWS multi-cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chief Engineer to implement DevOps best practices and automation to improve program performance and reduce risk.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code to manage software environments and version control releases.
• Containerize Java and Python code for Kubernetes deployments with high availability and scalability.
• Leverage AWS best practices to optimize costs with autoscaling and resource scheduling.
• Work with development teams across the lifecycle to design software for production readiness.
