Job summary

Ideal Innovations, Inc. is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical systems and enterprise products with development teams across legacy and new solutions.

You will build and support enterprise DevOps environments, manage CI/CD pipelines, automate operations, and work in AWS cloud environments to ensure reliable deployments, monitoring, and production availability. The role collaborates with software engineering to deploy and operate systems within an Agile SAFe setting,

Qualifications

Masters degree or equivalent plus 15+ years of relevant experience
Experience setting up GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Katalon Studio
Experience troubleshooting with two or more of the listed tools
Experience supporting software development teams and developers

Responsibilities

Supports mission-critical systems and enterprise products in DevOps environments
Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts
Builds and maintains AWS cloud infrastructure baselines and deployment pipelines
Collaborates with development teams across the full software lifecycle
Ensures operational availability and monitoring of production systems in a SAFe Agile setting
