Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Huntsville-based C2BMC team is seeking a data analytics professional to convert performance data into actionable insights for program management and customers. You will build Power BI and Tableau dashboards, own report assets, and collaborate with systems engineering to improve mission readiness.

The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret clearance; on-site work in a secure environment is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) and basic statistical methods
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
• Understanding of key project metrics (KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, cost variance)
• Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision‑making
• Basic knowledge of project‑management fundamentals (MS Project, Primavera, Agile/Waterfall basics)

Responsibilities

• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities.
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Power BI and Tableau as appropriate for report-level transformations and measures.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Power BI.
• Work in a Power BI Project (PBIP) & Tableau in a source-controlled environment.
