Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) in Northern Virginia seeks a Data Scientist with TS/SCI and polygraph to deliver data-driven insights using Tableau and Python/R. You will analyze complex datasets to support production planning, resource allocation, and workforce management.

You will develop dashboards, ensure data quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with analytics trends to improve decision-making for national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics roles or a highly related field.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and SQL querying.
• 5+ years of experience using Python or R with Pandas/NumPy/Matplotlib.
• 5+ years of experience with time-series data analysis and producing visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to process and analyze complex datasets and identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance data graphics, interactive dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights.
• Preprocess, clean, and structure unstructured data for analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making related to production, resources, and personnel.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across analyses and visualizations.
• Document methodologies and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with analytics trends and best practices to improve deliverables.
