Job summary

Fusion Technology in Washington, DC seeks a security-cleared Data Scientist/BI professional to join a combined IT BI development and data science team. The role focuses on IT, cybersecurity, and finance data, with emphasis on Power Platform, dashboards, ML, and AI automation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a TS clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Join a team delivering actionable BI for FBI leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science, BI, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency with the Power Platform, SharePoint, and Infopath tool suite.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and data science tools (R, NumPy, MATLAB, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions within IT, cybersecurity, and finance data for FBI leadership.
• Build dashboards, automations, and ETL processes in the Power Platform, SharePoint, and InfoPath.
• Connect to APIs and system-to-system data transfers for BI reporting.
• Develop predictive risk models and apply AI/ML to extract insights from data.
• Create and maintain data collection apps, data normalization, and visualizations.
