Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees accepted for substitutions.
• Experience in analytics and programming with data tools (Python, R, SAS, MATLAB).
• Ability to develop ML models, run experiments, and validate results.
• Security clearance and DOD 8570 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML, statistical, graph-based and heuristic algorithms.
• Produce visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract valuable information from raw data.
• Transform objectives into quantitative models and software solutions.
• Create descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics for decisions.
• Design and run statistical tests to support recommendations.
• Prepare feature vectors and datasets for model training.
• Generate reports and dashboards; integrate analytics into workflows.
• Work with software engineers to productionize analytic capabilities.
• Implement prototypes in production environments.
