Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) in Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Data Analyst to support Army logistics programs using GCSS-Army, AESIP, and Army Vantage. The role includes developing training plans, conducting instructional training, and ensuring data accuracy for readiness reports.

You will analyze data, prepare ongoing reports, and collaborate with maintenance and readiness teams to improve data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' GCSS-Army experience, AESIP exposure, fleet readiness/maintenance operations.
Experience providing training to small groups, including developing training materials.
Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Maintenance Chief on CMDP.
Pull background data from sources of record for government inspection.
Conduct over-the-shoulder training using logistics information systems and MS Office.
Monitor and review GCSS-Army training plans for improvements.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Scrub databases, collect data from primary/secondary sources, maintain data systems.
Monthly spot checks of Army Reserve G4 RD(s) and GFC(s) and add to weekly reports.
Assist in training AR units during MM301, including prep and closeout requirements.
Data cleansing and instructional training for RDs and GFCs.
Extract and analyze information for LRR and RCRR; provide real-time data to CAT.
