Job summary

ICF’s Security and Resilience practice in Dahlgren, VA is seeking an experienced Critical Infrastructure Analyst SME to support DoD mission assurance and defense-critical infrastructure programs. The role requires working in a cleared environment and maintaining an active security clearance.

You will assess infrastructure sectors, analyze threats, and develop options to protect systems from physical and cyber risks while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in infrastructure analysis or utilities domains.
• Experience in operations of electric power, water, or transportation assets.
• US Citizenship and active in-scope security clearance required.
• Proficiency with GIS software and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess critical infrastructure sectors and analyze threats.
• Identify resilience gaps and options to protect infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teammates on infrastructure analyses.
• Document analyses with high attention to detail.
• Respond to quick-turn tasks and deliver detailed analyses.
• Occasional travel may be required.
