Oracle Corporation in the United States is seeking a Consulting Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects within Oracle Health's strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to establish priorities, define scope, milestones, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery; federal security clearance is required and U.S.

citizenship is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8-12 years of project or program management experience coordinating software development or technology delivery.
• Experience with healthcare IT or Oracle/Cerner applications is preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate approved requests into clear scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, effort estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate development work, track milestones and commitments, and follow through on action items and decisions.
• Identify and track dependencies, risks, and blockers that could affect scope, schedule or quality.
• Coordinate development, testing, security reviews, release readiness, and handoffs with the responsible technical teams.
• Maintain accurate project plans and dashboards showing milestones, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
• Facilitate retrospectives and use delivery metrics to improve team coordination, quality, and predictability.
