Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Computer Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) with experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, and systems engineering to defend and mitigate cyber threats. You will analyze data from IDS, logs, and network traffic to identify weaknesses and respond to incidents, while developing mitigations for network defenses.

Qualifications vary by level, including Associate's/Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degrees and relevant experience; active polygraph security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience or Bachelor's with 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience required for some levels.
• Master's Degree with 3 years or PhD with 2 years are considered for higher levels.
• Levels 1–4 require progressive experience and formal education alignment.
• Military training hours equivalent to an Associate's degree are recognized.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential vulnerabilities from IDS, firewalls, and logs.
• Respond to cyber events and defend against threats.
• Develop mitigations to strengthen network defenses.
• Support data transport methods including wired, wireless, and conferencing platforms.
• Assist in system engineering and information assurance activities.
