Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Cloud Systems Architect in Boston, MA with hybrid/remote options to design and implement cloud infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid environments.

The role requires expertise in AWS and Azure, experience migrating applications to the cloud, and collaboration with IT Security to protect data and networks while guiding on-premise-to-cloud integration. A Bachelor's degree and several years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing and cloud provider services.
• Ability to migrate applications to the cloud.
• Ability to integrate cloud services with on-prem systems.
• Knowledge of security practices for cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems.
• Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and operating parameters for hardware/software compatibility and security.
• Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system; identifies and resolves deficiencies.
• Develops and recommends corrective actions.
• Provides technical guidance for DBAs and software developers.
