Job summary

West 4th Strategy is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau's Minuteman project team. You will build Qlik Sense data models and dashboards to enable leaders to make informed decisions on critical programs.

In this full-time role, you will analyze data, apply BI standards across the team, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality visualizations and actionable insights on enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of directly related experience.
• Onsite in Arlington, VA 1–2 days per week.
• Proficient in BI dashboards using Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Follow BI standards and stay current with Qlik Sense enhancements.
• Develop data models ensuring integrity and relevance.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Transform raw data into meaningful information with analytics tools.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP, and ML to analyze large datasets.
• Visualize, interpret and report data findings.
