Job summary

FedWriters, Inc. is seeking a BI Analyst in Arlington, VA to build Qlik Sense dashboards and data models for National Guard decision-makers. The role involves hands-on work with Palantir Foundry and setting BI standards across the team.

You will create visualizations, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for senior leaders. On-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of directly related experience with BI tools and dashboards.
• Professional dashboard-development experience using Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Active Secret clearance at minimum.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with data modeling, data integrity, and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights to end-users.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Follow and enhance BI standards across the team and stay updated on tool enhancements.
• Ensure end-user performance through system performance assessment processes.
• Support design and development of data models and data integrity.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver excellence and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to drive analysis forward for National Guard customers.
