FTS International, LLC (FTS) invites applications for an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA. You will support a USG Program Office leading R&D of AI/ML algorithms for mission assurance and space-ground systems integration.

Responsibilities include acquisition artifacts, source selection support, and SAFe program events. A TS/SCI with polygraph and 9+ years of relevant experience are required, with MS in STEM preferred.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• BS STEM in engineering discipline.
• 9+ years' relevant experience.
• Acquisition support experience of 5+ years.
• AI/ML experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with government technical and contracts staff developing program acquisition packages (SOW, J&A, RCAP artifacts, RFI, RFP, executive briefings).
• Provide acquisition advisory services during technical and cost evaluations of RFIs/proposals.
• Evaluate advanced AI/ML concepts, systems, technologies, designs and interfaces into space/ground systems.
• Support Agile SAFe program development (PI Planning, epics, features, demos).
• Assist USG Program Office with analysis of alternatives to optimize technical, cost, and schedule performance.
• Provide lifecycle program support from concept to deployment and delivery.
• Support risk, schedule and technical performance management.
• Prepare briefings and assessments with conclusions and recommendations.
• Evaluate white papers and vendor materials.
