Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is hiring a Software Engineer Level 0 in the Annapolis Junction area to support mission-critical systems. The role focuses on development, deployment, and administration using C++ or Python, Kubernetes, and GPU technologies in a highly customer-facing environment.

Candidates must hold a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and have a related degree or equivalent SWE experience; familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Linux environments is essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• The DevOps SWE focuses on the development, deployment, and administration of complex systems using C++ or Python, Kubernetes, and GPU technologies.
• Leads multi-faceted mission critical system development, deployment and evolution in a highly customer-facing role.
• Ensures smooth operation of sensitive communication systems from development to deployment and works with cross-functional teams to meet user requirements.
