Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in Agile development environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full software build including front-end and back-end systems and sub-systems.
• Use Agile methodologies with 2–3 week sprints and manage backlog.
• Coordinate all activities required to complete each user story.
• Deliver work increments according to customer regulations and policies with regular demos and feedback.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design to optimize interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility standards compliance per IT regulations.
• Create, update, and maintain engineering and support documentation for projects.
• Monitor application and environment alarms and audit trails, and take responsive actions.
• Assess mission partner requirements, identify gaps, and develop responsive project plans.
• Support other software development functions as required by the customer.
