Job summary

ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a System Administrator in Panama City, FL to manage Windows Server, RHEL 8/9, and VMware environments. You will develop patches, automate deployments with Python/PowerShell/Ansible, and support DoD C2-styled security requirements.

The role emphasizes vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and lab testing to ensure secure, reliable operations in government-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Linux (RHEL 8/9).
• Automation scripting with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or Bash for deployment and patching.
• Experience with patch management and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain Windows Server, RHEL 8/9, VMware VMs and supporting infra.
• Develop, package, test, and deploy OS and app patches and security updates.
• Develop automation for patching, config management, deployment, and remediation.
• Test patches and config changes in lab/staging environments for stability and security.
• Support vulnerability scanning and remediation using ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, STIG Viewer, DoD STIGs.
• Support patch distribution and software deployment using Red Hat Satellite and SCCM/MECM.
• Maintain technical docs, build procedures, release notes, rollout/rollback plans, SOPs.
• Support virtualized, containerized, and tactical hardware environments as required.
