Job summary

Charlotte Sound & Visual Systems, Inc. is seeking a field technician to perform commercial integration of security cameras and card access systems in the Charlotte area. You will read blueprints, install and service Paxton and Genetec systems, and set up software plus IP networks.

The role requires ability to work off ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a safe record, and pass drug and background checks; a clean driving record and good communication are essential for coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with security camera integration is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service card access systems and security cameras.
• Set up software and IP networks for security systems.
• Read blueprints and install equipment as per plans.
• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks; lift up to 50 lbs.
