Job summary

CFC in Austin, TX seeks a BI Analyst to turn security and business data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports that help leadership and operations improve service delivery and measure performance.

Work with data from SIEM, ticketing, CRM, finance tools, and threat intel; collaborate with operations, security engineering, sales, and leadership to define KPIs and reporting needs, driving a data-informed culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in BI/Data Analyst roles, cybersecurity or SaaS a plus
• Strong proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) incl. data modeling and publishing
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases/data warehouses
• Experience with data cleaning, ETL concepts, and imperfect data sources
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate insights

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards/reports tracking operational and business metrics
• Gather, clean, model, and analyze data from SIEM, ticketing, CRM, finance tools, and threat intel
• Collaborate with operations, security engineering, sales, and leadership to define KPIs and reporting needs
• Perform root-cause and trend analysis on security events and client performance
• Automate recurring reports and data pipelines where possible
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc analysis and promote a data-informed culture
