Job summary

Deltek, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Security Engineer III in Tampa, FL to lead the AI automation initiative within ESTS, combining hands-on development with security governance.

You’ll own the automation platform architecture and drive cross-functional projects across security, identity, and cloud tooling. The role requires deep orchestration engineering, experience with AI/LLM integration where it adds value, and a strong track record in incident response, security engineering, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, IT, or platform engineering with ownership of enterprise systems.
• 3+ years building low-code orchestration for multiple teams with Tines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture for AI-integrated automation across orchestration, integration, identity, and observability.
• Design, build, and operate production automation, primarily on Tines, with API/webhook integrations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, mentor engineers, and establish standards and governance.
