Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA, is hiring a Security Attendant to maintain safety for guests, associates, and property. You will perform routine security duties, respond to incidents, and document events thoroughly.

This role requires CCTV experience, access control familiarity, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with competitive pay, benefits, and training opportunities through Great Wolf University.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience managing extensive CCTV arrays; comfortable operating CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the security and safety of the hotel, guests, pack members and their property through constant vigilance.
• Fills in security related assignments and runs routine inspections of the hotel premises.
• Acts promptly in events requiring attention and documents incidents in detail.
• Follows Occupational Health & Safety rules and presents a professional image.
• Provides guest service in every interaction and helps manage risk with contingency plans.
• Remains composed during stressful situations and refrains from letting personal biases affect decisions.
