Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Illinois is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep the resort's common areas clean and welcoming. You will vacuum, dust, and sanitize spaces such as floors, restrooms, waterpark areas, and elevators, while ensuring debris-free zones and safe handling of chemicals per MSDS.

You may assist with guestroom cleaning and deliver items to rooms as requested. The role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with benefits and opportunities for training and growth within

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empty waste receptacles in common areas.
• Read and follow MSDS and use chemicals per directions.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Interact with guests professionally and courteously.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return to storage.
• Assist with guestroom cleaning as needed.
