Job summary

Logos Space Engineering is seeking an experienced Security Assurance Lead to define the security governance framework across our ecosystem—from firmware and hardware manufacturing to cloud-based CI/CD and orbital spacecraft systems.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of red teamers, vulnerability researchers, and testers, driving proactive resilience and secure product development in a fast-moving space environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years in security engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading security programs for safety-critical systems (aerospace/defense).

Responsibilities

• Define security strategy, KPIs, and risk management for secure product development.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary security assurance team of red teamers and testers.
• Oversee end-to-end security validation across embedded, cloud, and ground systems.
• Own Security Sign-off for mission-critical software/hardware releases.
