Job summary

Qualifications

• Active US Secret Security clearance is required.
• Minimum 1 year of federal government personnel security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel security processing for government clients, review documents, and respond to security procedures questions.
• Initiate, prepare, and submit personnel security applications (eApp, SF86, SF86C).
• Maintain government databases and ensure accuracy of cleared personnel records; manage status checks and notifications.
• Act as quality control for personnel security paperwork and document completeness.
• Develop relationships with engagement teams and government points of contact; provide updates.
• Prepare visit authorization letters (VAL) for classified visits.
• Support response to RFPs and other special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
