We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention and Security Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. As a Loss Prevention/Security Associate, you play an integral role in creating a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff, while detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other unlawful acts, as well as de-escalating conflicts.

About the Hotel

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee’s largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, it offers 729 guest rooms and over 34,000 sq ft of meeting space. We pride ourselves on innovation, world-class service, upscale amenities, and style.

Responsibilities

1. Patrol premises on foot to ensure safety and protect property.
2. Operate dispatch center for key control, fire alarms, CCTV, emergency calls, and dispatching.
3. Perform proactive security, safety, and loss prevention practices.
4. Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
5. Assist guests and staff professionally and calmly.
6. Monitor cash drops, CCTV, and manage lost & found.
7. Transport guests via company vehicles as needed.
8. Assist in other areas as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security practices preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Experience in hospitality, guest service, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
