Job summary

Hollywood Casino Bangor is seeking a Security Operations leader to manage the daily operations and activities of the Security department, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient money handling across the premises.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of casino security and supervisory experience, and strong leadership with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and direct activities of the Security department to meet goals.
• Maintain and update list of trespassed guests.
• Administer training programs for assigned personnel to ensure security of gaming and money handling.
• Prepare and coordinate annual budget, monitor facilities and expenses.
• Develop, implement and maintain reporting procedures; collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
• Provide exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests.

• Responsible for managing the daily operations and directing the activities of the Security department to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
• Maintains and keeps updated list of trespassed guests
• Administers training programs for assigned personnel that will ensure effective security of gaming and money handing experience
• Responsible for the preparation and coordination of the annual budget, including the monitoring of facilities and expenses
• Develops implements and maintains required internal and external reporting procedures. Cooperates with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies of mutual concern
• Responsible for providing exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Three years casino security and/or law enforcement experience
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)

• Ability to display professionalism when dealing with difficult guests
• Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
