Security Assistant Manager - Park Hyatt Jakarta

Summary

1. Possess a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.

Qualifications

1. Assist the Security Manager in overseeing all safety and security operations.
2. Coordinate interior and perimeter patrols of the hotel and property.
3. Assist in safety training programs, including CPR, fire safety, workplace violence prevention, and driver training.
4. Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
6. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
7. Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations.
8. Support the implementation of the hotel's key control program.
9. Ensure compliance with fire and life safety policies and procedures.
10. Audit key control procedures regularly.
11. Manage access control and CCTV systems as systems administrator.
12. Document incidents related to crime, subversion, liabilities, and insurance, maintaining objectivity and comprehensive reporting.
13. Assist in organizing the Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.
14. Politely question suspicious individuals; deny entry if necessary; seek assistance when required.
15. Assist in security checks of staff bags and lockers, following hotel policies.
16. Control the movement of staff entering and leaving the hotel through designated entrances.
17. Perform any additional duties as assigned, including departmental redeployment to meet business needs.
