Job summary

The U.S. Marine Corps, based at Quantico, is seeking a Security Assistant (Alarm Monitor) to observe CCTV screens and respond to unauthorized activity or alarms. You will monitor for security incidents and coordinate reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Candidates must meet the GS-5 education/experience criteria, possess a Secret clearance, and apply by 2026-10-13 under the Public hiring path with the Department of the Navy.

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) screens for unauthorized activity/activation based on images displayed.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-5: Successfully completed four years of education above high school OR I have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
