Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks a seasoned cybersecurity leader to architect and govern security across IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, data, and OT environments. Based in Union Beach, NJ, this hybrid role drives security strategy, risk governance, and secure-by-design principles across the enterprise.

You will oversee MSPs, manage vendor relationships, and communicate program status to senior leadership, shaping the organization’s security posture and technology choices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity engineering or security architecture.
• 3+ years leading security teams or providers.
• Experience across IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security.
• Experience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, OS security, and data/AI security.
• Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles.
• Oversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance.
• Drive IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions supporting identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access.
• Establish enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking.
• Develop security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, and OT environments.
• Lead the enterprise Security Review Process for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to align security architecture with business objectives.
• Communicate cybersecurity program status, initiatives, and risks to senior leadership.
