InterSources Inc. seeks a Security Architect – Consultant (Cloud Engineer) in Columbia, SC, hybrid, for a 12-month contract. Responsibilities include cloud migrations, governance, security, and platform operations across AWS and Azure. Strong leadership and IaC skills are required to guide enterprise cloud initiatives.

The candidate should have 8+ years in tech architecture, 5-7 years AWS, 3-5 years Terraform, and 3-5 years Azure with governance experience. SC base candidates only, W2 role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of technical architecture experience with relevant hands-on engineering experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or architecture experience.
• 8+ years of technical architecture experience.
• 5-7 years of AWS experience, including IAM, AWS Organizations, cloud networking, cost-management controls.
• 3-5 years of Azure experience, including RBAC, cloud networking, cost-management controls.
• 3-7 years of enterprise cloud architecture or cloud governance experience.
• 3-5 years of Terraform and infrastructure as code experience.
• 3-5 years of cloud migration and platform operations experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership and knowledge-transfer experience.
• Strong public-cloud infrastructure expertise.

Responsibilities
