Worldpay is seeking a Security Architect Specialist to join our Cyber Innovations and Emerging Technologies team in a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA. The role requires US citizenship or a valid Green Card and does not sponsor visas.

You will design scalable security architectures for AI, predictive analytics, automation, and cloud initiatives to help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll lead proofs of concept, pilot programs, and evaluations, partnering with security,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in cybersecurity or security architecture.
Experience supporting AI, generative AI, predictive analytics, or security innovation.
Experience designing or evaluating cloud-based solutions and scripting/automation.
Ability to lead proofs of concept, product evaluations, or pilots and translate findings into actions.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging security technologies and AI capabilities.
Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and technical evaluations from concept to transition planning.
Design scalable, secure architectures for AI, analytics, automation, and emerging tech.
Partner with cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business teams to identify high-value use cases and roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership for cross-functional innovation initiatives and vendor evaluations.
