Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Data Visualization Director on the Cybersecurity Information Security Insights team to deliver executive-grade analytics and AI-enabled insights that help senior leaders make faster, higher-confidence decisions. You will move the organization beyond static dashboards toward decision-ready narratives, governed metrics, and production-grade visuals in a regulated environment.

• Expert-level analytics delivery for senior stakeholders
• Tableau and/or Power BI production dashboards UX and architecture
• Advanced SQL validating data end-to-end
• Ability to translate business questions into requirements and success metrics
• Experience owning a backlog and balancing governance with delivery
• Leadership in setting quality standards and mentoring analysts
• Experience in regulated environments with data access governance

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Security Insights analytics and visualization portfolio, including roadmap and value delivery.
• Translate leadership questions into governed KPIs/KRIs and executive-ready analytics products.
• Design and deliver high-impact dashboards and narratives aligned to Technology Risk & Controls.
• Advance analytics with trend analysis, segmentation, anomaly detection, and explainable forecasting.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and performance.
• Implement controls for reporting, including access governance and change management.
• Drive adoption through enablement, documentation, and feedback loops to leadership.
• Establish standards and mentor analysts through coaching and reviews.
