Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Security Analyst to support the Department of War. The role involves security analysis, program support, and customer service across security functions. You will interpret Federal/DoW policies, manage high-volume security actions, and prepare clear reports for Government stakeholders.

The position requires a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. Work is on-site at government facilities with a market-based compensation range of $75,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Three years of relevant security analysis experience, preferably with DoW or a Federal agency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government leads to plan, track, and document security projects and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and executive updates on project status, staffing, risks, and actions.
• Analyze DoW security policies and procedures for compliance and improvements.
• Research security issues and prepare recommendations and policy interpretations.
• Support a high-volume security requests environment and track requests to completion.
• Maintain accurate records in security systems (DISS, access rosters, SCI files, etc.).
• Prepare analyses and briefings for senior management and stakeholders.
