Job summary

RTX in Gibbs, CA is seeking a Senior Security Analyst onsite to manage and secure personnel clearance programs, conduct briefings and debriefings, and ensure compliance across security operations. Candidates must have a U.S.

Secret clearance and experience with NISPOM/ICD 705 or classified environments. Role requires Microsoft product proficiency, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work extended hours in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications – Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with NISPOM, ICD 705, or working in a classified environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
