Job summary

TowneBank is seeking an analyst to support physical and information security, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. You will collaborate with the security team to identify risks, assist with remediation, and ensure endpoint protections are current.

Minimum qualifications include a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with regulatory requirements in a financial setting. Some travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 2–3 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret rules and regulations in financial contexts.
• Strong analytical and self-directed work ethic.
• Experience with security data analysis and incident response.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security data for accuracy and improvements.
• Assist with vulnerability detection and remediation with IT teams.
• Ensure antivirus and protections are updated across endpoints.
• Develop and review risk assessments and security procedures.
• Prepare management reports on network and endpoint security.
• Manage user access across the network.
