Job Title:Security Analyst (Vulnerability Management Operations)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months with potential for conversion

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Security analyst to join our Vulnerability Management team, In this role, you'll lead efforts to identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities in high-security cloud and hybrid systems, ensuring continuous compliance with government cybersecurity standards. You’ll collaborate across security, compliance, and engineering teams to build scalable, automated solutions that protect critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and automate the vulnerability management lifecycle for FedRAMP IL5-authorized systems.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and support scanning/reporting tools in IL5 environments.
• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and compliance requirements.
• Integrate scan results into reporting pipelines and dashboards for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with security, governance, and compliance teams to maintain IL5 readiness.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with vulnerability management tools and remediation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of FedRAMP IL5, NIST 800-53, SOC2, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for scalable security operations.
• Technical expertise across servers, cloud (AWS, Azure), networking, and secure system configuration.
