Seeking individuals in early stages of a cybersecurity career, eager to grow and stay long-term. Must have networking awareness and customer service skills. Candidates will handle customer interactions regarding issues like fraud and identity theft, requiring professionalism and tact. Knowledge of spam, email security, phishing, and vishing is essential.
Training provided, with onboarding in the first week covering email etiquette, team introduction, and more. Additional training on identity theft and payment fraud may follow. Productivity is monitored via scorecards accessible daily. Ticket volume ranges from 25-60 daily.
Ideal candidates are those pursuing cybersecurity careers or passionate learners. Shift hours are between 9 am and 9 pm EST, with typical shifts from 9 am to 6 pm. Remote work within the US is supported.
Mentoring junior staff, reviewing trouble tickets, creating procedural documentation, liaising with internal and external teams, and resolving security incidents. Overtime may be required.
Pay range: $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility.
