Job summary

Lofton Security is seeking two Security Administrators to support our client in Pasadena, TX. The role focuses on accurate access control, detailed logging of trucks, and verification of credentials for entry to a secured facility.

Day and night shifts are available, with potential overtime. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with MS Office, hold a Texas security license and a TWIC card, and display a professional appearance and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a computer and MS Office products.
• Must have a current valid Texas security license.
• Must have a current valid TWIC card.
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance in clean uniforms at all times.
• Must have friendly and professional demeanor and provide quality customer service.
• Must be a good communicator (verbal and written).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Log approximately 30-40 trucks per night with accurate details.
• Maintain detailed computerized access logs for all vehicles.
• Verify identification and TWIC/ badges for entry.
• Grant or deny entry based on permissions.
• Verify deliveries and route cargo to correct entrances.
• Confirm paperwork: order number, Authorization to Load, weights.

Lofton Security is seeking two Security Administrators to work for our client in Pasadena, TX.

Schedule: DAY SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE (Opportunities for additional overtime will be available)

Pay: $15/hour

The Security Administrator is responsible for accurate access control including, but not limited to:

• Accurately logging detailed information on approximately 30-40 trucks per night
• Maintaining detailed computerized access logs on all incoming and exiting vehicles
• Verification of identification including applicable badges, permits, and TWIC credentials for entrance in to the facility
• Granting and denying entry based on established party permissions
• Verifying all deliveries and routing cargo to proper entrance locations
• Confirm all paperwork has correct information such as: order number, Authorization to Load form, and correct weights.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable using a computer and MS Office products
• Must have a current valid Texas security license
• Must have a current valid TWIC card
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance be in clean assigned uniforms at all time.
• Must have friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service to both employees and clients.
• Must be a good communicator (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling typical and crisis situations
• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
