You will provide top-tier client service, handle problem resolution, and drive service enhancements while coordinating staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and teamwork to uphold our safety-focused standards and deliver reliable security solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Driver Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services and related operations for assigned smaller accounts.
• Provide client service, problem resolution, and service expansion.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Prepare post orders and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Security Supervisors and sites on requirements and priorities.
